Batch screening from a spreadsheet
Screen hundreds of people or companies at once: upload a spreadsheet, pick a profile, get one result row per subject. The batch runs in the background and you are notified by e-mail when it is done.
1. Prepare the spreadsheet
One subject per row, column names in the first row. Supported files: XLSX, XLS and CSV (UTF-8). A ready example: lustrace.xls.
Recognised columns (Czech or English names both work):
| Column | Also accepted | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Jmeno | FirstName, GivenName, Jméno | first name |
| Prijmeni | LastName, FamilyName, Příjmení | surname |
| CeleJmeno | FullName, CeléJméno | full name, split automatically |
| Narozen | BirthDate, DOB, DatumNarozeni | date of birth (1983-06-14, 14.6.1983) |
| RC | BirthNo, RodneCislo, RČ | Czech/Slovak birth number (PESEL for PL registers) |
| IC | ICO, CompanyNo, IČO | company number (NIP for PL registers) |
| Nazev | CompanyName, Název | company name |
| Stat | CC, Country | country of the subject (ISO code), optional |
| RefNo, Code | | your own reference, copied to the result |
Any other column is kept and returned unchanged, so you can keep your own identifiers next to the results. A row needs at least a company number, a birth number, or a name with a date of birth; rows that cannot be identified are reported with their line number before anything is charged.
2. Upload and run
On Screening → Batch choose the profile (which registers to query), upload the file and optionally name the batch. Registers of your country and international ones are offered first, other countries follow after a blank line; screening in a "foreign" register is allowed. Paid registers are deducted from your credit per subject; the price list shows the price for your currency.
The same upload works from your AI assistant (screening_run for one subject,
or case_import for a whole file) and from the REST API.
3. Results
Each batch has a result table with one row per input row plus the register
columns, for example CEE (number of executions), ISIR (insolvency case) or
KRZ (Polish debtor register). Download it as XLSX or CSV from the batch
detail, or fetch it with screening_file via MCP. Attachments (PDF reports)
are kept with the batch.
